Open your supplies in PSP.

New Image 600x600
Floodfill White

Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice
Apply Mask 112 By Vix
Merge Group.

Copy And Paste One Of The Ribbon Stars From The Kit.
Resize To Your Liking, Image Rotate 15 degrees To The Right
Move Over To The Right Of The Tag, Click Inside The Star
With Your Magic Wand, Selections, Modify, Expand By 2,
Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice, Resize, Selections Invert,
Delete, Select None, Move Paper Layer Below Your Star,
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice To Your Star Layer.

Copy And Paste One Of The Frames From The Kit.
Resize To Your Liking.
Move Over To The Left A Little, Click Inside The Frame
With Your Magic Wand, Selections, Modify, Expand By 3,
Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice, Resize, Selections Invert,
Delete, Move Paper Layer Below Your Frame, While Still Selected
Copy And Paste A Tube Of Choice, Delete, Select None,
Duplicate Tube Layer, Gaussion Blur 3, Change The Blend Mode To Overlay,
On The Original Tube Layer Lower The Opacity To Around 60
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice To Your Frame And Original Tube Layer.

Copy And Paste The Cloud From The Kit.
Resize To Your Liking, Move Over To The Left A Little, Layers Duplicate
Image Mirror, Copy And Paste Another Tube Of Choice, Add Drop Shadow
Of Choice, Again Copy And Paste The Cloud, Duplicating And Mirroring
To Make It Look Like The Clouds Are The Bed,
Add A Very Light Drop Shadow To The Clouds.

Copy And Paste One Of The Star Chains As A New Layer,
Resize To Your Liking
Move To The Upper Left Hand Corner Of The Frame
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Copy And Paste One Of The Buttons As A New Layer,
Resize To Your Liking
Move To The Upper Left Hand Corner Of The Frame
And Make It Look Like It Is Holding Up The Star Chain
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Copy And Paste One Of The Tags As A New Layer,
Resize To Your Liking
Move To The Upper Right Hand Corner Of The Frame
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Copy And Paste One Of The Flowers As A New Layer,
Resize To Your Liking
Move To The Upper Right Hand Corner Of The Frame
On Top Of The Tag.
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Add Wording Of Choice To The Tag,
Light Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Copy And Paste Any Other Elements Of Choice From The Kit
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice

Add Your Name

Crop and resize your tag to your liking.

Add your Artist © and save!! Yay, You Are Done!
